The Hampton  Inn and Suites located at 8340 Millicent Way, Shreveport, LA 71115 is the host hotel for the 2024 GJM Family Reunion. The hotel offers:

• Complimentary hot breakfast offered daily, allowing guests to start their morning off with a delicious, satisfying meal just steps from their room, without an additional charge. Guests will experience a variety of alternating hot and cold options during their stay. 6 am to 10 am. 

• Free high-speed and Wireless Internet access in all guest rooms and lobby, allowing guests to easily stay connected to customers and family while at the hotel.

We have negotiated a rate of $139.00 per night for Double Queen and King Studio Suite

Use the group name "Gillyard/Johnson/Mahoney Reunion" and reservations must be made no later than July 3, 2024.  

 

Guestrooms not confirmed at that time will be released and space will be subject to availability. Reservations must be guaranteed for arrival by credit card. The credit card given by the guest at the time of booking, will be preauthorized for the full amount of the guests’ stay up to 48 hours prior to arrival. If payment, on file, needs to be changed, for any reason, please contact the front desk before the pre-authorization window. Cancellation policy for individual reservations is 48 hours prior to arrival.  Any reservation canceled under 48 hours will be charged one night room and tax.  Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or after; check-out time is 11:00 a.m. or before. Please let guests know once a guest has checked in, we do not enter or clean guest rooms unless requested. Additional towels are available at the front desk at any time.  If your guests would like their rooms cleaned daily, please inform them to just ask at the front desk at the time of check-in.
